Your information will be kept confidential and stored in accordance with the EU GDPR. 

You decide when and to whom you make your videos and data available. If a company is interested in you based on your anonymous profile, you can decide whether or not to share the data with them.  

Creating a video can be intimidating at first. We have put together a guide that covers all the important aspects of creating a video.  

Once you have registered, you will be given access to your personal dashboard. Once you have completed your profile, we recommend that you choose a coach and schedule a meeting online. The introductory meeting is free of charge. 

The registration, introductory meeting with a coach and video creation are free.  

You can also book optional paid services such as a reference from a coach of your choice and other coaching packages. It is up to you to decide what, if anything, you want to invest in your future.

If you find during the introductory meeting that you would prefer a different coach, this is of course possible. 

This is also possible. You are not obliged to choose a coach from our portal.  

The more information our coaches receive before the introductory meeting, the more focused the exchange with you will be. Matching with a company will be more successful if all the profile data has been filled in and at least the V90 video has been recorded. This V90 pitch is where all the attention will be.  

With a little preparation, we estimate 30 minutes. Write down the key points so you have a guide and be authentic in the video. The quicker you record your V-90 personality video, the better the chances of getting it right. 

Companies can search for profiles/experience. Once there is a match, the company will decide whether to send you an enquiry. If this is the case and you receive an enquiry, you should respond quickly and let the company know that you are interested in an interview. The company will then contact you and arrange the rest. A complete and informative profile will increase your chances of being found. And the V-90, supplemented by the V-360 if necessary, allows you to make a personal and authentic impression.
