On HiddenCandidates, the candidate portal for specialists and managers, you make an impact with the content and expression of your personality. You can present yourself and your values to companies in sound and vision. In the first step of the search, companies only see your details about the position, sector, location, desired salary and availability. If the company is interested in a specialist or managerial role and contacts you, you decide whether you want to share your details and video messages on the candidate portal.

Your presentation in a few steps
- Login to the candidate portal with your email address. Once you have confirmed this by email, you can continue with the registration process. Enter your access password and select the ‘Candidate‘ account type.
- You will then be taken to your personal dashboard on HiddenCandidates, the candidate portal for professionals and managers. Here you will also find a template for your short profile.
- You will have 14 days to complete your profile. We recommend that you complete the short profile in full so that you can be found using the search criteria.
- ext, you have the option to schedule a phone call with one of our coaches. This is to get to know each other, combined with a free 30-minute short coaching session on the content of your 90-second video message. This coach will also be available for further consultation at a fee if required.
- For the 90-second video, you will create an ‘elevator pitch‘ as a first impression. The video, which you can easily create on your smartphone, can be uploaded to your personal profile on the candidate portal for free. Don’t be afraid to make a video! It’s not about perfection, it’s about authenticity.
- Use the 360-degree video feature to communicate your values as a professional and manager to the company. This is a video interview with us in which we ask you six questions online, in front of a live camera, which you answer spontaneously.

Support and Coaching with HiddenCandidates
Once created, your content remains available on the candidate portal. To make it easy for you and to ensure the quality of your presentation, we will support you free of charge with templates, tips and personal phone calls. An initial free phone call or online meeting will help you get to know each other and discover your hidden resources. You can also take advantage of additional coaching services for a fee, such as preparing a reference.

HiddenCandidates, the candidate portal for specialists and managers, presents you with pre-qualified candidates who are ready to change jobs. A keyword search gives you an overview of potential candidates. You can ask them to share their details and video messages. This gives you a first impression of the candidate’s personality and values. Our candidate portal allows you to screen candidates at your leisure, on your own time, in the place of your choice.
Your Business Package with HiddenCandidates
The simple search of anonymised candidate profiles on our candidate portal is free of charge. You can also save the profiles of the professionals and managers you are interested in. If you want to get more information about the candidates and experience them in sound and vision, you can pay in the currency “Coins“. You will receive these coins when you select a suitable Business Package. A fixed number of Coins will be deducted for each of your actions that go beyond a simple search. With this flexible budgeting, you decide how to optimise your resources to find the best specialists and managers for your company.
Find the right candidate in just a few steps
- You register with your email address on the Professional and Managerial Candidate Portal. Once you have confirmed this by email, you can continue with the registration process. Fill in your access password and select the “Company” account type. You will now have access to your dashboard and candidate search.
- You can use the Candidate Search to obtain initial information such as the candidate’s position, industry, availability and preferred location free of charge.
- If you would like to experience an anonymous candidate “live” – i.e. contact them and watch their video message or video interview – select an appropriate Business Package (S, M, L). You have a number of coins per package which you can exchange for activities.
- Once they have contacted you, the candidate decides whether or not to publish their profile. Your coins will only be deducted if the profile is approved.
- You can then view the elevator pitch as a video message and/or the 360-degree video interview. In the video interview, the candidate answers 6 questions spontaneously. This allows you to pre-qualify the professional/manager and find out if the candidate is a good fit for your culture.
If you would like to speak to the candidate directly, you can contact them via the dashboard in the candidate portal. You can also choose the type of interview you want to conduct, such as a phone or video interview.
